Lignitec® EV is an organic mulch made of wood chips from cultivated French forests. A very peculiar attention is deserved to the selection of the raw material for the production of Lignitec. It is a product of quality which is made in accordance with the respect of environment.

Lignitec® EV is subjected to a thermic treatment and a mineralization of a patented process. The aim of these treatments is the total disinfection of the product. These treatments also aim at terpin eliminate phenol, and other volatile substances and reinforce the natural resistances of the plant to degradation factors.

Lignitec® EV is available in different colours such as Brown or Brick Red.

Lignitec® EV can be associated with all types of fertilizers. It complies with the NF U44-551 manufacturing standard.

Lignitec® EV is easy to position on the soil surface. It can be from 3 to 7cm thick and is efficient from 2 to 5 seasons of vegetation.

As a permeable product, Lignitec® EV can be associated with all sorts of watering and does not stop gas trade inside the compost. Lignitec® EV protects the soil against erosion and maintains a more even soil temperature even in the warmth of the sun. As an “insulating layer”, Lignitec® EV protects the young plant roots against early or late frosts.

Lignitec® EVcan be associated with all types of fertilizers. The plant will need to be slightly watered after application.

Lignitec® EV eliminates chemical damages due to the annual use of selective weed-killers.

Lignitec® EV is not altered by weather changes and provides a “finished” look during several years.
