THERMODISC® is a disc of mulch which perfectly suits to the size of your container.

THERMODISC® is an organic mulch. It is composed of 90% vegetal fibres and 10% synthetical bio-fragmented fibres. The excellent quality of the raw material prevents the development of undesired plant roots out of soil.

The thermal treatment of the felt makes it sterile (eliminates all forms of infectious germs).

Its perfect permeability to water and air permits easy watering and maintains gas exchanges inside the soil. THERMODISC® limits direct evaporation of water. It protects it from external damages and stabilizes soil temperature even in the warmth of the sun.

THERMODISC® can be used with all sorts of fertilizers. The fertilizers’ action becomes progressive and helps having a regular surface, the beneficial effects being concentrated on the cultivated plant.

THERMODISC® is mainly used for the protection of sensitive plants to weed-killers. However, it can also be used when some plant roots infest the cultivated plant and resist selective products such as Marchantia.

THERMODISC® is efficient at more than 85% and lasts between 8 and 18 months depending on the soil and weather conditions. It also permits to free labour for other cultivation works.

At the end of the cultivation, the soil is perfectly clean and THERMODISC® allows saving time for the preparation of plants. The plant can be presented on compost without moss or lichen and the colour is not altered.

THERMODISC® is largely affordable and is a good option to chemical products.
